This certificate is neither a license nor permission to conduct business or solicit deposits or funds from public. Permission of sector regulator is necessary wherever required. Registration status and other details of the LLP can be verified on mca.gov.in”
What this means
Incorporation as an LLP confirms that the entity legally exists and is on the register maintained by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. It does not by itself authorise any regulated activity. It is not a government approval, licence, accreditation or endorsement of our programs, our franchise partnerships, or any role described on this website.
Where an activity requires permission from a sector regulator, that permission is separate and must be obtained separately.
What we do not claim
SPGGLL does not describe its training as government approved or government authorised. We do not offer government employment, and we do not operate an official government franchise. We do not guarantee any job, salary, income, commission, profit or fixed return in connection with any program, community role or franchise partnership.
Our programs are skill development and awareness programs. Our community roles are leadership and community development initiatives. All opportunities are subject to eligibility and a selection process.

What we collect
When you submit a registration or enquiry form, or contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we collect the details you provide: your name, mobile number, email address, location, the program or subject you are interested in, and any message you write.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and confirm your registration
- To inform you about the program you registered for, including changes
- To maintain participation and certificate records
- To meet record-keeping obligations that apply to us
How we use it
We contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about the matter you contacted us regarding. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Payment information
We do not collect or store card details or bank credentials on this website. Payments made by UPI are processed by your own payment application. If you send us a payment confirmation, we retain it as a record of that payment.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained while the enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Registration and certificate records are retained for as long as needed to evidence participation.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, by writing to info@spggll.com or calling 9513531235. We will act on the request unless we are required to retain a record.
This website
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and no third-party service is contacted when you simply browse it. There is one exception, described next, and it only happens if you choose it.
Maps
Our contact page can display a Google map of our office. It is not loaded until you press “Show the map”. Until you do, nothing is requested from Google and Google is not told you visited this site.
If you do load it, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy, which we do not control. If you would rather not, use the “Open in Google Maps” link instead. That opens Google in a separate tab, so this site is not involved.
